Green Guardian Leadership Programme

The Green Guardian Leadership Programme is our flagship program aimed at nurturing the next generation of youth leaders for sustainability, complementing the Ministry of Education’s Eco Stewardship Programme. Designed for Secondary School students, the year-long structured programme builds knowledge around the climate crisis and importance of nature conservation, encourages more critical thinking towards sustainability issues and promotes active ownership of the environment through leading a project that involves the wider school or community population.

The programme engages the students over multiple activities, including workshops, learning journeys, interactions with other youth leaders, nature immersions and a project showcase that provide students the opportunities to explore the multi-faceted topics on sustainability, cultivate eco conscious behaviour and develop their soft and hard skills as well as their leadership potential.

As part of our efforts to promote an inclusive green movement, we also have student beneficiaries under the care of Tasek Academy and Social Services, our partner charity, actively join the programme.
